AI Automation: Let the Repetitive Work Run Itself

Participants learn to spot the tasks worth automating, then connect everyday apps (email, spreadsheets, forms, chat and CRM) into no-code workflows, with AI reading, sorting and drafting along the way. They leave with one working automation, a plan for the next five, and the judgement to know where a person must stay in the loop.

Workflows are built on your team's own apps (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, HubSpot) and your approved tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate). They can focus on one department, such as sales follow-up, service ticket sorting, HR onboarding or finance reminders.

One real workflow, built live

Each participant builds and runs an automation from their own work on the day.

Map first, build second

Participants draw the workflow on paper before touching a tool, so they automate a clear process and not a messy one.

Break-it challenge and role-play

Teams swap workflows and try to break them (e.g., a blank form, a reply in Bahasa Malaysia), then role-play pitching the automation to a manager who must approve the time saved and the risks.
