Is this course HRDC/HRDF claimable?
Yes. ClimbX Academy (Insighter Learning) is an HRD Corp registered training provider under the SBL-Khas scheme. Employers registered with HRD Corp can claim the course fee from their levy.
How do I claim HRDC/HRDF for this course?
Your company applies for the grant itself through the HRD Corp portal (eTRiS), under the SBL-Khas scheme, using the course details we provide. Apply and get approval before the class starts. Register with us at least 14 days before the class so there is time to submit and get approval. After approval, HRD Corp pays ClimbX directly.
What is the difference between HRDC/HRDF and HRD Corp?
There is none. They are the same body. HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) was renamed HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation) in 2021, so HRDC/HRDF is the name many people still use today.
How much does the course cost?
HRDC/HRDF claimable: RM 3,200 per participant (early bird RM 2,990 if you register by 27 Nov 2026). Self-funded: RM 2,900 (early bird RM 2,690 if you register by 27 Nov 2026). Group of 3 or more from the same company: RM 2,800 each, even after the early bird ends. All prices include SST.
Can I attend if my company is not registered with HRD Corp?
Yes. Choose the self-funded rate. Freelancers, business owners and staff of non-registered companies are welcome.
Do I need a technical background?
No. The course is designed for non-technical staff at mixed levels. If you can use email and a web browser, you can follow along.
Which AI tools will we use?
The trainer works across common tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, so you learn methods that work in whichever tool your company allows.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop with internet access. Lunch, tea breaks and course materials are provided.
Where and when is the class held?
In person in Kuala Lumpur at ACCEA UOA, Wisma Centre KLCC, from 9:00am to 5:00pm on both days.
What if I cannot attend or need to cancel?
HRDC/HRDF claimable participants can send a colleague in their place. For self-funded participants, if you cancel at least 1 month before the class, your registration can be brought forward to the next class. Cancellations later than that forfeit 100% of the fee.
Can this course be run in-house for my team?
Yes. Any public course can be run as a private, HRDC/HRDF claimable session for your company, tailored to your industry. Email hello@climbxacademy.com.
