AI Automation: Let the Repetitive Work Run Itself

Participants learn to spot the tasks worth automating, then connect everyday apps (email, spreadsheets, forms, chat and CRM) into no-code workflows, with AI reading, sorting and drafting along the way. They leave with one working automation, a plan for the next five, and the judgement to know where a person must stay in the loop.

AI Automation course cover
Key Outcomes
Spot tasks worth automating by scoring frequency, time spent and risk
e.g., a weekly report scores high; a once-a-year task does not
Map a workflow from trigger to outcome
e.g., "new enquiry form → AI sorts by urgency → draft reply → manager approves → logged in the sheet"
Build and test a no-code workflow with AI steps for reading, sorting, summarising and drafting
Add approvals, checks and error alerts so the automation fails safely
e.g., a person approves every email before it reaches a customer

Why teams need this

Your team spends hours every week copying data between apps, chasing approvals, sending the same reminders and updating the same sheets. Everyone agrees it should be automated, but nobody has time to learn the tools, and waiting for IT can take months.

One real workflow, built live
Each participant builds and runs an automation from their own work on the day.
Map first, build second
Participants draw the workflow on paper before touching a tool, so they automate a clear process and not a messy one.
Break-it challenge and role-play
Teams swap workflows and try to break them (e.g., a blank form, a reply in Bahasa Malaysia), then role-play pitching the automation to a manager who must approve the time saved and the risks.

Workflows are built on your team's own apps (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, HubSpot) and your approved tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate). They can focus on one department, such as sales follow-up, service ticket sorting, HR onboarding or finance reminders.
