AI for Content & Social Media: Create More, Stay On-Brand

Participants learn to plan, write and design a month of content with AI in three languages while keeping one brand voice. They leave with a content calendar, a brand voice guide that AI can follow, and a review routine that catches errors before posting.

Key Outcomes
Build a one-page brand voice guide that AI can follow
e.g., "friendly, direct, no hype; no slang with clients"
Plan a month of content around audience questions
e.g., 12 posts mixing tips, proof, behind-the-scenes and offers
Create and adapt posts across Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
e.g., adapt one product post for each audience instead of translating word for word
Review AI content for accuracy, tone, cultural fit and platform rules before posting
e.g., native-speaker check, fact check, disclose AI use where a platform requires it

Why teams need this

Your team is expected to post consistently in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese, but content takes hours, tone drifts between posts, and each language reads like a different company. AI can draft a month of content in an afternoon, but unedited it sounds generic. A 2025 benchmark of AI models on Malaysian culture in Bahasa Melayu (MyCulture) reported "significant disparities in cultural comprehension" across models.

Brand personality lens
Participants describe their voice using Jennifer Aaker's five dimensions from the Journal of Marketing Research (1997): sincerity, excitement, competence, sophistication and ruggedness. Then they test AI output against that voice.
Language review checklist
Because AI quality can vary in Bahasa Malaysia, participants practise a native-speaker review routine for Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese output.
Group work and role-play
Teams create the same post in three languages and swap for review. Then they role-play a content approval meeting where a marketer defends an AI-assisted post to a brand manager who flags off-brand tone.

Content is built around your brand, channels and language mix, using your approved AI tools and design tools such as Canva.
